Burhouse Beads operates as a strictly wholesale business. We supply to those buying for resale; the majority of our customers are designers, retailers and wholesalers. By maintaining a strictly wholesale policy we are able to protect our customers’ interests as their customers can not view our prices or buy at our lower wholesale prices.
We offer price break discounts for bulk buys, so the more you buy the cheaper the price. We also operate a discount ladder so the more you spend on your account over the year the larger discount you receive.
For customers spending over £2,000 in one year we have a Club level account, these customers enjoy our best list price, therefore regardless of the quantity bought they will always pay our lowest price, as well as receiving other benefits such as priority order dispatch and no handling charge for orders under £25.
If you would like an account at Burhouse Beads, please complete the Open a Trade Account form, we offer two types of account for new customers.
1.Standard Trade Account, which requires one proof of trade from the following:
• Business website address
• VAT number (only have VAT number if over £60,000 sales)
• 2 business invoices – either utility bills to business name or invoices from other wholesale suppliers
• Reference from other Burhouse Beads account holder/customer – in which case a form will be sent to this customer for completion.
• Business cheque book
2. New Traders Account, if you are new to the business and require a start up account we will set up an account based on a first order minimum spend of £100 and do not require any proof of trade. There are specific terms to these accounts which can be read on our Terms & Conditions page.
We are happy to accept orders via the following methods:Online, Telephone, Fax, Email, Post.
Many customers also like to visit our extensive cash and carry showrooms in Huddersfield to self select products. Visiting us is a good way to take advantage of one off offers, discounted lines, and calling customer discount.
Burhouse Beads Credit Account
After a period of trading, customers may apply for a Burhouse Beads Credit Account. Please contact our Sales Team for full details. Once a Burhouse Beads Credit Account is set up, this will be the only method of payment that can be accepted on WEB ORDERS. If you hold a Burhouse Beads Credit Account and wish to pay by any other means, please place your order via telephone, fax, post or email.
