We are open and dispatching Mail Orders please be aware we have a reduced team on site to comply with distancing regulations, at busy times there may be delays in order processing. We are aware of delays in delivery times from Royal Mail, if you require goods quickly please select DPD delivery. Thank you
We continue to operate with a reduced team, but are dispatching daily due to current order volume. Please be aware that we are becoming out of stock of some lines due to being unable to receive and place orders in our supply chain. if we are out of stock of an item you rely on, please contact us to ensure that we have factored your needs into our future orders and current restocking status of these items. We are hoping to receive a number of deliveries within May, but some items may take a few months to restock.
If you need to talk with a member of the team please email email@example.com and leave your telephone number if you would like a call back or send your question by email. We are unable to answer all phone calls at present.
We have reviewed our opening hours and will also be open and dispatching parcels on Tuesdays. So our trading days will be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for the time being. Thank you
In light of the latest government order to stay home, we have taken steps to ensure the majority of our team are off site.
We will only be dispatching orders on Mondays and Thursdays at this time, this is for the safety of our own team members. Any orders currently placed are being dispatched this week. Our new schedule will commence from today Wednesday 25th March.
The remaining team members coming into the business, work in separate spacious areas and are working to advised safety guidelines.
Therefore orders placed at this time may encounter processing and delivery delays. We shall be doing our best to dispatch all orders on these days but can not guarantee this unfortunately.
We are not able to accept Next Day Delivery and Click and Collect orders currently.
The safety of our staff remains our primary concern. If you need to contact us, please email if you are unable to reach us by telephone.
If we are required to shut suddenly we will leave our website open to orders which will be dispatched on our return.
We understand and acknowledge that for many of our customers and also for ourselves, the current situation will be causing uncertainty and worry about our businesses.
We are all adapting, where we can, to keep our businesses running and staff employed throughout this. We want to support you during this time and have decided one thing we can do for you is to offer Free UK Post over £25 before VAT throughout this period. We are also looking at some special offers we can bring you too!
Our work place is very spacious and staff have ample room around themselves to continue to work in a safe distanced environment. Since the beginning of this outbreak we have advised staff on hand washing and the use of sanitiser within the building and implemented extra cleaning and care over handling goods.
We hold good stocks at present and have shipments imminent for those items currently out of stock.
We know the situation is ever changing and we will always act on the latest advice but please be assured we are open and hope to remain so, in order to serve our customers.
If you are self-isolating, you maybe planning to hone a new jewellery making skill or to get ahead with designing and production during this time. However if you are at stuck at home and need a friendly voice, we are at the end of the phone if you just want a chat too.
We will keep you updated with any changes and have a blog post on the website where you can find any updates. Please feel free to email or call us too if there is anything we can do to help you.
In light of the current situation with Coronavirus, we wanted to update our customers that we are taking steps to keep the business running whilst looking after the safety of our team and customers.
We have contingency plans which will enable us to continue with all mail orders and we are taking note of official advice where it may impact showroom openings.
We hold a level of stock which means so far we have not encountered any major disruption to our supply chain and currently have no outstanding issues with our suppliers, so we are confident this situation will continue.
