This heavy lever back ear wire is a more secure style of ear wire than the classic fish hook, the back closes reducing the risk of the ear wire slipping out of the ear when in use. The front of the ear wire has a smooth front and a loop which can be opened and closed with pliers to attach your choice of charms and embellishments to.
