This modern lever back ear wire can be used as an inter-changeable ear wire, any dropper or charm with a loop can be easily slid on and off. These are made with an 0.82mm gauge sterling silver wire. Measuring 15mm height, 10mm across the top of the hook, with a 3mm open loop and a sprung lever back. Supplied in pairs.
