Standard Shipping

We use a selection of delivery services for our Standard Shipping to ensure you receive the best service, these take into consideration the weight, volume and cost of goods. Currently your order may be delivered by Royal Mail or DPD for UK deliveries. Our standard service deliveries will usually be dispatched from our premises within 1-3 working days this may be longer at busy times. If you require your goods urgently please upgrade to a Next Day service.

Courier

Select Courier delivery for fast tracked delivery, we use DPD for our UK deliveries. Depending on our volume of orders courier deliveries are normally dispatched within 1-3 days this may vary depending on time of year. If requiring your goods urgently please select our Next Day service at which ensures priority dispatch.

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is available on orders placed Monday to Thursday before 11.30am when selecting a Next Day postage option. Saturday delivery is available now via Royal Mail Special Delivery, please select the Saturday Rate.

Saturday Delivery

Saturday deliveries are available on orders weighing less than 2kg to UK Mainland addresses via Royal Mail Special Delivery for which an additional charge of between £10 and £20 will be payable depending on the weight of the parcel.  If you require delivery on a Saturday, please call us once you have placed your order and we will confirm the exact charge and take payment. 

Collect in Store

If you have a trade account and live locally to Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, we offer the option for you to collect your order from our warehouse. If you select this option, we will contact you when your goods are ready for collection, please allow at least 24 hours. If ordering over a weekend, your goods will be ready on Tuesday. When collecting your goods, please come to the main entrance. If you wish to visit the showroom at the same time you must have a booking, we require at least 24 hour notice for appointments.

International Delivery

For International orders, shipping fee's are calculated once your order is ready, this rate is shown as POA (price on application) on our website. Once your order has been picked and we have your parcel weight we will quote the best rate available from the selection of international carriers we use. This will then be charged for before dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We strive to make your shopping experience with us as convenient and accessible as possible, no matter where you are in the world.

Trade Accounts Free Delivery

Trade account holders receive Free UK Delivery all year for the following order values.

0-10% Trade accounts receive Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £200 (after discounts before VAT)
12.5% + Trade accounts receive Priority Dispatch from our premises and Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50 (after discounts before VAT) 

Amends to Postage Rate charged

Occasionally the website charged postal rate maybe incorrect especially if the item is particularly large or heavy, in these cases we will charge the correct postage at dispatch and we will contact you for any additional payment.

Free Delivery Offers

At times we will offer a Free UK Delivery promotion, these will be advertised via our Newsletter, Social Media and Website. Please note that these offers are applicable only to UK, Jersey, and Guernsey addresses, the qualifying amount is before VAT. We reserve the right to send by the courier of our choice and delivery may be delayed depending on the volume of orders currently being processed. We cannot add Free Delivery to existing orders already in our system and these orders can not be amended once placed.
