What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of bead strands which have been cut or part strings. 


How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please log in to your account, go to the "Order History" section, select the order, and follow the instructions for returns.


Is there a cost associated with returning items?

Yes, return postage costs for unwanted items are the buyers responsibility.


What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support at sales@burhouse.com within 7 days of delivery. So we can any resolve any issues promptly.


What if I received the wrong item or my order is incomplete?

If you received the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact customer support on 01484 485100 or email sales@burhouse.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or resolve the issue promptly.


How long will it take to process my return?

Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item. You will be notified via email once the return is processed. But please allow up to 14 days before getting in touch with us.


How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
